Each portrait is painted by hand using my soft watercolor technique, developed through years of working with transparent layers and gentle color transitions. The result is realistic and recognizable, yet light and natural.

This is an original painting on paper, not digital and not a print. I work with professional watercolor paints on 100% cotton archival paper to ensure lasting quality.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choosing Your Photo and Placing the Order
I prefer to review your photo before you place an order to make sure it will work beautifully as a watercolor painting. You can send it to me through Etsy messages, and I’ll help you choose the strongest option.

If you are 100% sure about your photo and size, you’re welcome to place your order first and send the image right after.

2. We Confirm the Details
Once we agree on the reference photo, size, and color direction, I begin painting.

3. Preview of the Artwork
When the portrait is finished (typically within 5 days to 2 weeks depending on complexity and current orders), I’ll send you a photo of the completed painting.

4. Final Touches
If you’d like small refinements — slightly stronger color or subtle detail adjustments — I’ll make them and send an updated preview.

5. Shipping
After your approval, the original painting is carefully packed and shipped the next business day.

ABOUT SHARING ARTWORK

I occasionally share finished portraits or process images on Etsy, Instagram and Facebook after enough time has passed (many portraits are gifts).
